Cool TA-Q-BIN is the world's first refrigerated delivery service which can deliver perishable foods to anywhere in Japan easily and at a low-cost while maintaining the freshness.
There are two types of temperature ranges: chilled and frozen. This service delivers perishable foods in its best state to distant customers by utilizing special frozen/refrigerated facilities at shipping locations throughout Japan, special trucks equipped with freezers/refrigerators and special shipping containers.

This service ships parcels at a temperature range of 0°C to 10℃.
Next-day delivery to locations 1,000 kilometers away makes it possible to enjoy the true flavor that normally can only be savored near local producers.
In addition to food products, this refrigerated shipping service creates new markets for various industries including online florists.

Yamato is implementing an international standardization project for its refrigerated delivery service.
On February 28, 2017, Yamato received the certification for PAS 1018, the international standard for refrigerated delivery services from the BSI Group (British Standards Institution).
Yamato will continue to maintain a high level of service quality and provide our customers with peace of mind.

International refrigerated shipping is also possible

Yamato also provides an international refrigerated shipping service for sending perishable foods throughout Asia.

  • *In order to prevent quality degradation during shipping, Cool TA-Q-BIN does not accept parcels larger than Size 120 (linear dimensions of up to 120cm or weight of up to 15kg).

  • ・Telecommunication carriers’ payment systems (DOCOMO Payment, au KANTAN Payment and au PAY)

<If you make an in-person cashless payment using any of the following services at a Yamato Transport Sales Office or when a sales driver picks up your parcel>

  • ・QR code payment (PayPay, Rakuten Pay, d Barai, au Pay, LINE Pay, Merpay)
  • ・Electronic money (nanaco, WAON, Rakuten Edy and transportation companies' electronic money)
  • ・Discounts for Kuroneko members
  • ※Online payments are accepted only for TA-Q-BIN parcel delivery requests made through smartphones. For details, please click here. (Japanese only)
  • ※Please note that cashless payment rates do not apply to payments for TA-Q-BIN (cash on delivery), TA-Q-BIN Compact (cash on delivery) or packaging materials.
  • ※When you make a payment in-person but need to supplement the payment with cash due to an insufficient e-money or Kuroneko member discount balance, please note that cashless payment rates will not apply. Also note that QR code payment cannot be used in conjunction with cash.
  • ※If payment is made with a combination of any Kuroneko member discount and cash, the amount will be determined by subtracting the Kuroneko member discount (10% or 15%) from the cash delivery charge.
