Precautions

An agreement with Yamato Financial must be made in advance.
It might not be possible to use this service if there is violation of the law, public order or public morality.
Please be sure to use an online shopping payment service waybill when shipping with cash on delivery, e-money payment on delivery or credit card payment on delivery. For TA-Q-BIN Compact, only waybills issued using the Waybill Issuing System B2 Cloud or EDI can be used.
For cash on delivery, e-money payment on delivery or credit card payment on delivery, if a customer refuses the delivery or cannot be reached within a week after initial attempted delivery, the product will be returned at TA-Q-BIN rates. (For TA-Q-BIN Compact, the cash on delivery rate is the standard rate used for TA-Q-BIN Compact.) In addition, service fees will be applied when products are returned.
Shipping rates, bank transfer fees, revenue stamp fees, etc. are not included in the service fees.
